went through 3/4 tank of gas today

might cut off the grill covering the intercooler. The honey comb parts that have holes in them, leaving the ones on the side intact. What do you think?

I think you should keep the honeycomb for unsuspecting uninformed people who wants to try their luck :P

Just kidding, the car looks wonderful as it is. that's IMHO.

Glad to see your up and running!

Any chance we could get some numbers in terms of 60-130 times and so on? Would be awesome so i finally can decide whether or not to keep the ESS kit and upgrade to VT2.

+1. Ask around your local auto clubs and see if someone has a V-Box you can borrow for a few pulls.

My friend has a vbox I can and will borrow. Right now I'm waiting for ess to adjust my tune, but it's the weekend

How much does a new grill cost if I change my mind? It's still a bit of a sleeper because of the stock mufflers and no side badges. You have to see it from the front to know, and a smart man will see the intercooler either way. I'm def blacking out the grill surrounds though

When I wear these V12s down, I'm going to go for an extreme performance tire. Bridgestone RE11, or Advan A08s. No point in getting PSS if they're not laying down the power

I don't want to do anything with paint, which will probably mess with its thermal efficiency

they are laying down the power and also letting a fair amount of slip under extremes of use, T/C off they are great imo and hold the power very well, i like the safety net of "SOME" tyre slip....

i also use Pilot sort Cups, great tyre but expensive..

Aj at ess gave us a lot of leads to go on, things to check in the install. I did a brief look over the brake booster connections and didn't find anything. I'll know a lot more by the end of the day

most likely my primary 02 sensors are messed up somewhere, and one of the intake clips is preventing full movement of the throttle
