A rough estimate of the Intake install too if possible. Thanks
On the intake, at **********s.com I'm pretty sure they say the AFE intake installation is only 30 minutes.

Also there's a supercharger for Z4 non-m from Armaspeed.

Thanks. I am clueless when it comes to how the inside of cars work...would a supercharger work for an auto tansmission? And would it benefit much?

I just checked out the ESS website. For $900, you get the DirectFlash handheld programmer and the software to get, get this, 6HP, 8ft/lbs. Not worth it.

Yeah, it'll work. I think the Armaspeed supercharger will add 80 HP. Check out their website.

Just read on a forum that the Supercharger is like 12k. I think I'll stick to stock Would definitely be better to get the M lol. I'm not looking for a big upgrade anyway and am fine with the way it is, it's plenty. I was just trying to see what some not so costly options were. Looks like there's not much you can do with the 3.0si. I'm definitely going to buy the AFE Intake though, even if it just makes my car sound beefier.

Does the RAM Air induction work along with the AFE Intake or is it 2 totally seperate things? I wish I was not so braindead about cars and their parts. I just was not into them until I saw the Z4 and could actually afford my own car.

lol... don't worry about it. I'm pretty brain dead when it comes to cars too. I just read what I can and ask questions. My brother is the mechanic in the family so I usually ask him all the questions.

I guess you can get an air scoop to work with the AFE intake. What the scoop does is, it is installed closer to the grill of the car and basically tries to redirect more of the air from the outside into your intake.

ESS doesn't offer a SC kit for n52. Best gains will be the Active Auto tune.

Bumping. So I see guys suggesting the Quaife LSD as a good place to start with modding. But what's next?

A quicker final drive, headers, and possibly a tune would be good power-adders.
