If you'll notice, those handles are angled perfectly for your passenger to comfortable hold onto when hard corning. I don't understand your desire to go through all that trouble to remove the pull handles, it's not like they're ugly Can you explain the reason why you want to remove them?

The texture difference between the pull handle and the cover (I had the cover wrapped in leather) is what really bothered me the most. The tabs on the cover snapped off and could no longer remain seated on the handle and that's what started this idea. I've had this car since 05 and it's just an outlet to keep me from buying a Porsche lol. Once I removed the pulls I thought it looked very streamlined and had kind of an rs vibe.

^ Yep. If the passenger doesn't need something to hold onto to stay out of your lap, your not getting the most out of the car.
My MK1 MR2 had a "shut up and hang on" handle on the passenger A-pillar.
