[Price Drop!] VMR V703 VB3 CSL Matte Black 18x9.5 +22/+33 Z4M

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
USD 500.00

Location:
✓ Will Ship

Item Interest
I have a set of four VMR V703 VB3 CSL style wheels in Matte Black for sale that will be coming off my car in the next couple weeks or so. No issues with them at all - no curb rash or mounting damage, these wheels look new. These are deep concave CSL style wheels that will accept OEM BMW centercaps if you want an extra OEM look.

Asking price: $500
Can have these shipped for $100

Front: 18x9.5 ET33 5x120 72.6
Rear: 18x9.5 ET22 5x120 72.6

I ran these wheel specs with 255/35/18 front & 265/35/18 rear. I used 7mm spacers up front due to having rolled and lightly pulled front fenders. This staggered offset spec allows you to run 265/35/18 tires front and rear without much work per Apex wheels tech article here -> http://www.myapexparts.com/2012/05/1...t-ec-7-wheels/ They mention that camber plates are required, however I didn't find this to be the case (then again, my car gained a fair amount of camber when lowered).

Regarding front inner clearance on 9.5 ET33. Again, I didn't need camber plates but this is still important to consider:
Quote:
The rear fitment is a direct bolt on, but the front fitment requires camber plates, and a suspension that can properly clear the wheel and tire. It is important that the lower spring perch remain above the tire. If the spring or perch is next to the tire, then a thick spacer may be required for clearance which makes the fitment far too aggressive. A 5mm spacer would be acceptable, but anything thicker would push the setup too far out. The stock strut’s integrated lower spring perch can clear the 265 setup, so a simple lowering spring and camber plate install can make for a very ideal track setup on the Z4 M.
Pics yanked from this thread -> http://www.zpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1391278 Will post individual wheel pics when they're off!

Ah, definitely won't fit the GTI unfortunately

No tires included, but now have new wheels on so price drop to help move these

As far as I know, this fitment will only work with the Z4M platform - not so sure about 3.0si. Thanks for the interest though!

Just to add.
On my 04 3.0i I found et35 F8.5 R9.5 was optimum with a 1.5" drop. Front could have done with a 1/2" spacer maybe.

Here is a handy calculator

Not sure they would fit Andrey

Put the specs I noted above and the OP’s specs in the calculator and see what the results are
