M Emblem

Is it just me or does everyone else has the problem with the M emblem stripes fading on the E85? Quite odd and annoying.

Very common complaint especially if your car is outdoors. Mine is garaged and the stripes look new after 8 yrs. They make replacement vinyl which is sold cheaply so you can DIY a repair. There are many threads about where to buy it.

A year later, still look like brand new.

And it's not really cheap if you want genuine parts. The best solution is to take them off.

You can also remove your faded ones and buy model paint and do a paint fill, I do that on my golf clubs. The color is still there even though they get to bite the turf a lot.
