Vogtland coil overs

Does anybody have any advice about the Vogtland coil overs? Not a whole lot of info on this board about them. There are some good reviews on other forums though. Looks like they are spring manufacturing company in Germany.

I used Vogtland lowering springs on an old Chrysler several years ago
They were very good quality with a decent ride.
Drop was as advertised( which doesn't affect you of course)

I don't think too many people run them, atleast on these forums. Just do a google search and see what you can find, there might be some info on some german boards out there.

I think they're popular on the VW/Audi scene? Then again, just about every single manufacturer has had a hand in the VW/Audi scene.

I have a friend who ran them on his E46 330Ci and seemed to like it a lot.

Browsing the boards it looks like they have favorable reviews. TC Kline uses their springs because they are lighter weight due to a special alloy they use. See: http://www.europeancarweb.com/projec...?__federated=1

It also appears the Vogtland uses Koni shocks in their kits. See: http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=227533

10 year warranty is nice too.

They don't however appear to have damping and rebound adjustments, which I probably don't need since I most likely won't be tracking the car.

For the price ($1000) they seem like a decent option.
