Dont under value your car then. These cars are low production as it is, not accounting for all the one's that are totaled or were smashed. Also when the new z4 m comes out and they are selling for 80 grand, you'll see the big pic. How many miles are on your Z4M. I have 14500 one of the few low mileaged one out there.

Not sure where you get the $80k from. I still have the original sticker for my 2007 BMW Z4 M Coupe had a base price of $50,100. The option list included metallic paint ($475), the Premium package ($2,850), heated seats ($500), and navigation ($1,800). The M Coupe is also subject to a $1,000 gas-guzzler charge along with its $775 destination charge, which bring the total $57,500. However, i am pretty sure the original owner didnt pay that much because BMW offered some insane amount of trunk money to help get rid of these cars (i read some where upward of $15k)
Anyhow, good luck with the sale. Your car has very low mileage so should get some good money for it.

Read more carefully - the OP said "when the new Z4M comes out" referring to the E89. While one would run about $80k based on the price of the non-Ms out now, the point's moot since there won't be an E89 Z4M.

I meant that when the new z4m comes 2013 or in the near future, if it does and it sells for crazy money the 2006-2007 models will be very attractive in comparison to the new ones where any new m version is priced 80 grand and above

But all in all guys what a ride all I do is smile and laugh like a little kid when I hit that trottle... wow My friend just bought a Lamb Gallardo and hes upset that the Z4M drives better than his car but then again he has a Lambo and should be content.

lol $40k.

I'm sorry, but that price is outrageous.

Sure the new Z4M (if it's ever made) will reach 80k, but look at where the z4 is priced at now.

A new Z4 35i is starting at 55k. MY car was stickered at 55k. Do you see where the market is going?

Just because the car in 2013 is going to be priced at a value doesn't mean it justifies an outrageous price on a car that is 6 years old at the time.

Mileage doesn't really matter on these cars. It's usually a pretty consistent price. With that being said. I hope you see the light and actually price it according to the market or have fun holding onto the car.

FYI - BMW Dealers are selling Z4Ms that are CPO well below your price.

In the spirit of not thread-crapping, let's leave OP alone to sell his car! Again best of luck and definitely let us know how much you sold it for (when you do) and don't lie about it either

If you're interested, go take a look. It is low mileage, and it's an awesome color combo. It's well worth a look. Always worth knowing if this car would be for you if the price were right for you, and always pays to have that knowledge on hand. Who knows where a discussion might lead?

I agree. If the price is too high he will eventually find out.

I had a neighbor that tried to get too much for his house, I never said a word about it, was hoping he would get it.

I hope the OP gets what he is asking also.

Great combo!!!!! This is exactly what I was looking for when I was looking. TiAg with Imola, aluminum trim with Nav. That is an amazing combo! I settled on a Silvergrey which I now love! Someone will enjoy this car! I recommend you post many pictures. As many as possible showing many angles and the interior. That will help your sale.

Yeah I agree I wouldn't mind checking it out.

It is a sick color combo.

But when Enthusiast auto (generally overpriced compared to private sales) is selling a black CPO'ed Z4MC with 22k miles for 35k I don't know how a 40k private sale makes sense on a car with slightly less miles and a color that is almost as abundant as black.

Is this CPO'ed by the way?

the wheels are 19inch morr forged. i have hankook v12s, but i might swap them with michelin supersports. once you lower the car and put on some serious rubber, you might reconsider selling it, haha

your right your car is well put together mine looks as clean as yours not one single swirle mark. so if i put those rims do i have to do anything like spacers or something like that. or just bolt them on also how much did you lower car, so Im being a pain in the ass but its breath taking i might reconsider keeping it
