All of them. No you can't run the rear 18s up front, not without significant camber AND some fender rolling...Even then it's still no guarantee that it'll fit.

Ok so the stock E46 18" wheels are 8 and 9 inches wide. Trying to see largest tire size I can run if I were to use these as track wheels. Might not make sense as I want 8.5 and 9.5 minimum but I can get a set so cheap it's hard to ignore.

I had my E46 M3 18 inch wheels on my Z4M for a while with lowering springs and had no issues with rubbing.
However, I did have my rear E46 M3 wheels on the front and it fit fine at stock height before I lowered it. Just need to go with a smaller tire and it will fit. What are you trying to do?

Just trying to get a reasonable set of track wheels/tires. want to run perhaps 245 or 255 front and 275 rear on 9" wheels. thought the E46 setup might work but they are 8 and 9 inches wide so I am doubt I will buy 2 sets of wheels to accomplish this.

Do the E46 M3 17" winters work on the Z4M though? I've wondered, as the offset would work but they might not clear our brakes, which are from the CSL...

The best way to find out what feels fit your ride is to know the offset of your oem wheels. Other factors are taken into consideration as well such as width and size. Which is another topic. Do a search
This link will give you offset info of your ride: http://www.realoem.com its a real good source of info for parts too. |

19" OEM E46 M3 wheels on stock suspension, stock E46 M3 tire sizes. No issues. Suspension look a little jacked up because I literally just backed it out of the garage and it hadn't settled after being on jackstands.
Compared to the stock OEM Z4M wheels:

I picked up a set of 359m OEM ZCP wheels a few weeks ago.
I'm a little worried now after reading Daemonblitz's response. What sort of work is needed to avoid rubbing w/ in the front w/ the 359m wheels? I'm looking 245s front / 275s rear I wish Chamberlain would chime in on this considering he has some 359m ZCPs on his car. |
