Xenon headlight jitter

Driving down the road, when I hit normal small bumps in the road, I've noticed some light jitter in the xenon headlights, specifically on road signs etc. that reflect the light

1) Is this normal for xenons in the Z4? I had an E46 with them and don't remember this behavior

2) If not normal, is there a way to tighten down the housing/bulb? Or do the headlights just need to be re-calibrated/realigned?

This happened to me and one of the brackets ended up being broken. I just epoxied it back.
