Wheel Input

Hey All,

I'm working through some options for the summer as I start to build a spec sheet. I know that everyone's tastes are unique but I do value input as I'm trying to build a show and go Z4. Big camber is not my thing, but lips and interesting colours are. I want to stand out without being brash.

These are some rims I tried off my brothers E39, but the offset is so low (ET18) that I'd have to camber heavily. With that going on, there is not near enough lippage! (Speedline Corse, for sale BTW).

I found a steal of a deal on these wheels, but I can't seem to pull the trigger. Thoughts?

I've also got a hard one for the Work Meister's but I'd have to order them from Japan and I'd be looking at a 4 - 6 month wait for a built 3 piece wheel.

I really don't want to drop 4 - 5 G on rims in all honesty, but I would pay for the name and good fitment.

Thoughts?

JMO, but I don't like any of them.
1st one - looks like it belongs on an older BMW
2nd one - just hideous on any car. 16" stockers would be better.
3rd one - too over the top, but would work on a show car. are you planning on a custom paint job?

Always liked the Work Meisters since seeing Thatcher's car. I would go for those or look at different styles as well. Not digging options 1 and 2 at all.

I know exactly which ones your talking about, and unfortunately a little out of my price range. The work meisters are the same cost but custom built to my specs and colours.

I'm starting to look into Avante Garde wheels...

Examples (I keep leaning to lips)

Falling in love with these:
