This technique was used for some of the nissans which have a very sensitive secondary 02 sensor. It may work here too.

Good info on header design

Free header design software - In put all info about our engine and what end results you want, peak power ect and it will provide info on how large prim/sec should be, lengths and collector size. register is free.

personally I like that site, good info there,

The manufacture that will be doing this headers have their own software for that same purpose, so this will be analyzed prior of building and the objective is to fix some of the imperfections of the OEM USA headers that are too short.


(I wish my english was a little better when come to explain facts and stuff like this)

Not to rain on the parade here, but I just don't get the point of doing replica Euro headers.
There are dozens of replica S54 Euro headers on the market already that are very inexpensive.
For the bottom end of the $$ scale, just look on ebay.

Unless this was a full R&D project, I just don't get it
