tire / wheel questions...

hello all,

new to this board, new z4 owner, 2007 z4 3.0si sport
just recently discovered a small crack in rr wheel

now looking for a replacement wheel(s) and tires as well

question on sizes... I like the look of the OEM M wheels, will they work?
I also like the size of the M tires, one size up, 5% increase in diameter

will that work on regular si wheels?

looking to try the new khumo ecsta 4x

m offsets are too aggresive for your car, and i wouldnt recommend increasing overall diamater by 5% either. the general rule is anything around 2-3% max i believe.

figured the m wheels may be too much

unfortunately going 5% is the minimum on 18"

225-40-18 to 225-45-18 front
255-35-18 to 155-40-18 rear

also anyone know if the new 128 wheels would work? the fronts are .5 narrower

just looking at all my options
