I have the WeatherTech 448021 floor liners and they fit my '06 Z4MR just fine. They say they are not compatible with the manual transmission, but I haven't had any issues with the clutch pedal catching on the liner.

Hey, those nice, a little pricey but lots of selection.
Ordered a pair last night.

Yes to coco mats. When I ordered some for my coupe, they didn’t have one for the cargo floor. I sent them a paper cut out and they made up one that fits perfectly.

OE BMW Rubber Mats . . .

Looks like the readily available options are covered by earlier posts, but I'll add one piece of info on the OE rubber mats from BMW. I just purchased a set for my '06 manual transmission coupe, and the fine print on the labeling discloses that they are made by McNeil (AKA WeatherTech). They fit fine, they lie flat, and they come with retainers that screw into the carpet. Though they have a molded "BMW" logo, they are extremely similar to the WeatherTech mats I installed on my old E46

These mats are plain, and they would not capture slush well, but this is not my winter car. They will protect the carpet from wear and not get in the way - unlike the worn out mats from the PO, which did not stay in place and kept bunching up under the pedals . . .

coco mats

I have coco mats in 2 cars z4 and x3. I love them and sprayed them with 3M waterproof spray (walmart) that you use on leather and keeps the stitching clean (have blue and orange stitching)
good luck
