Potholes Bad, Sportline CSL Reps Good

Tootling along (30mph) Saturday night on a local sidestreet after picking my son up at party and then...BAM...BAM!! Son of a b#%ch! The front wheel took the bigger of the two hits (front then rear, maybe I jerked the wheel a bit) but the tire didn't blow. It felt ok on the drive home, but the front tire bubbled and was scraped real badly. Got it replaced today.

Lucky for me though, not a scratch or deformation to the rim. I'm pretty impressed.

I might have to move to nearby Connecticut though, New York roads really stink.

Yea I hit a root bulge on a freeway off ramp at around 85mph. That sucker must have been 4in high. Wheel took it like a champ, they are pretty strong.
