Poll to produce carbon fang extension for z4m by EVOLVE

Guys, Evolve has expressed that they are interested in producing some carbon parts if there is interests among us..

and since 1m front is not going anywhere at this point due to lack of interests from manufacturers (even though there are a lot of interested buyers), maybe we can start with having evolve to produce simple carbon fang extension wrap around?

Please show ur interests so that we can pressure Evolve to produce something for us..

My idea is similar to that of e92 m3 fang extension which wraps around the brakeduct.

I'd like some functional aero pieces, splitter, wing, and diffuser. Likely just go APR or custom.

I'd be down for a carbon duck tail spoiler, with a high kick like the BMW performance spoiler for the E92 M3.

I'm not a fan of the fangs myself but I think something that works against you is the 100, 150, 200 owners who have installed an Mstache or are planning to might have otherwise comprised a quality pool of potential buyers for fangs.

Duck tail spoiler

A spoiler that takes inspiration from the CSL trunk that extends the tail. The OEM z4m trunk spoiler is just too thin and weak looking IMO. Ideally something beefier like the E92 M performance spoiler would be awesome.

I think the oe carbon lip is pretty nice but I guess you think it's too subtle?

^^^I've often thought that something CSLish would be a nice addition to our cars but then I remember back to when I bought my M and it had the OEM lip. At the time I preferred the lipless 3.0si sharing the garage with it so I intended to remove it but then it grew on me and stayed put. While I like the idea of a larger lip, my opinion is it may be a little too much on a car trying to remain relatively unassuming. I look forward to seeing some photoshops or installed pics to change my mind though!

Edit: Another point in favor of the OEM: the notches follow the hood and roof lines nicely.

MR rear spoiler

Alpina makes one of the better MR spoilers for the M Roadster. Have heard the price is around $1K plus shipping.

The Alpina one is one of the better looking; however, any spoiler that's 3 piece sit over the trunk openings. breaks the clean line of the back. Duck tail spoiler anyone?

Yeah, can't say I'd want fang extensions either, I'm on stock height and I scraped yesterday on what seemed to be an extremely small driveway. Was pretty pissed.
