Polyeurethane lip spoiler

Considering a lip spoiler for my 04.
Has anyone had experience with a poly spoiler
Do they fade
Are they durable
Do they fit correctly

Looking in particular at the one in the link below

I have that one on my 03, it has held up very well. Its been on since about March but has been parked inside when not driving it. My wife drove the Zed and scrubbed the street and it held up without cracking or splitting. So far I am very happy with it and would like to wrap it in carbon fiber someday. If you look at my profile there is a picture of it installed.

I'm on my second because I broke the first but my car is very very low - it scrapes all the time and has been as durable as can be reasonably expected...

Neither one has faded one bit.

Good to know about the fading.

Is the finish glossy or semi gloss?

I would have to say semi-gloss, almost matchs other black plastic on the car.

yep shineyer (word? ) than matte but not exactly a glossy finish

speddmn, did you buy a new pair of clear side turn signals? or did you put some tinted film to get rid of the orange color?

I painted mine. Great fit, cheap so if it breaks you can get another and not worry.

IMO best looking front for the Z4. Even better than the M since theres still fogs

what paint did you use, how could you make them look like the oem clear? i want to do exactly as you did with your turn signals, they look great! im tired of the orange color, and since i change the orange bulbs of my spyder headlights, to bright leds, they will look better painted..

Sorry for the wait! Nah they're just the OEM clear signals that've been hamburger-modded. in 05 they were clear... after i think they went amber?

after 05 they were clear, before then amber.

i think i will put some black tinted film around the amber signals, because i will not pay 100 bucks just for the clear ones.
