What pieces are missing from this Z4M trunk ?

What pieces are missing from this Z4M trunk?

Maybe only the plastic over that hole there that red thing is. Looks like the coupe trunk, and the hole at the bottom center is there for an emergency triangle that isn't standard on the car but can be bought after the fact.

Yeah, all that's missing is the cover for the cutout on the left side of the pic.

That certainly looks like blood on the sill and carpet.

without seeing the rest, I'd be willing to be the seats are "shiny", the engine bay is dirty, paint is full of swirls, rashed rims and who knows what's under the seats.
