Maybe only the plastic over that hole there that red thing is. Looks like the coupe trunk, and the hole at the bottom center is there for an emergency triangle that isn't standard on the car but can be bought after the fact.

without seeing the rest, I'd be willing to be the seats are "shiny", the engine bay is dirty, paint is full of swirls, rashed rims and who knows what's under the seats.
