I think AA does it for INTL customers as well...but you have to ship your ECU to the US and back. Even so, the price on the AA software is pretty good.

PM Rom3n about the ESS software. It might be a good deal for you, because it sounds like they can ship you the hardware to reflash your car yourself (saving you from shipping the ECU internationally).
