Fs: 2006 Z4mc $26,500
For sale is a very clean 2006 BMW Z4M Coupe. Car is located in Atlanta, GA. -Black on Black Leather with carbon fiber trim. -Approximately 40,000 miles. -245/40/18 - 275/40/18 Dunlop Star Specs - never tracked. Rears have less than 5k miles on them. Fronts are a couple thousand higher. Pads done same time as front tires. -Extended leather and premium package (premium sound, heated seats, bluetooth). -Currently is shimmed for more negative camber - I don't have the exact specs. -Otherwise completely stock. -3 owner car. Looking to move to a CPO 328 or 335 coupe as more interior space is required for both a growing family and clients. Feel free to ask any and all questions regarding the car. More pictures available upon request. Sad to see the car go. I know I'll never find this kind of performance anywhere else in the price range with the space I need. $26,500 - priced to move. Feel free to email me at samueljcasey@gmail.com Last edited by attacoupe; 02-02-2011 at 03:12 PM.. Reason: Add info |

It does have extended leather, premium sound, heated seats and bluetooth. I guess that would make it premium package and extended leather? Didn't get the window sticker with the car unfortunately.

I wouldn't trust the never tracked statements....
A Negitive Camber shim kit? Why in the world would you put that on a STOCK car... let alone one that you never plan to track.. I sense abuse, buyer beware

I appreciate the comment Rated M. I can forward along the user name of a bimmerforums member of a few years that was present the day I bought the car and can attest that it hasn't seen a track. I take that back, it saw a solo II event from the parking lot where we were co-driving the above referenced members E36 M3. I like to have fun driving and the shims neutralize the handling significantly. As do the stickier tires. I have done some spirited driving in the mountains (twice) since I bought the car.
I am not the first owner, so now I cannot with 100% conviction say the car has NEVER been tracked. I was told by the previous owner that he never tracked the car. If you have doubts come pick the car over with a fine toothed comb. Ask for lots of pictures. I will give you my name and you can google it to see what local track groups or solo II groups have posted times under it. My car is always garaged and my commute to work is ~4 miles. It does not get abused beyond being daily driven here in Atlanta. |

Do you have maintenance records? Maybe even from the previous owner?

They are all electronic having been done at various bmw dealerships. I can get the records from the dealer. The manufacturer's warranty ran up in Sept. of last year and I had the dealer replace or work on everything that needed to be gone through. That also included the seal around the windshield that was looking prematurely weather worn. Other than that and changing the fluids out I don't recall them saying anything looked out of spec and they were eager to get paid for all the free repairs they could think of, trust me.

Thanks for all the comments. Have had some local interest, but nothing solid at the moment.
Wrh3: Nice to meet you too Bill. Hopefully, things will work out and there will be a new Z4MC up your way. Digitalinkartist: I would really prefer an x35 car. Be it a 335 or 535. I will certainly keep it in mind though. What is the inservice date on your 328? |

I understand about the n54 cars. But, keep in mind, more parts = more problems.
I believe June 21, 2007. (at least that is when I took delivery) pretty certain build time was 7 weeks to the day. I can confirm. Still eligible for CPO and currently covered under initial BMW parts and labor warranty. Serviced at 3500 mile intervals, free from any paint work of warranty claims and always hand washed/clayed/zainoed by me. Be hard pressed to find one cleaner. Something to think about. |
