We broke one of the rear Apex wheels on a curb at our previous event, so since the rear always wants to step out, I max'ed the rears from 265/35 18 to 275/35 18 Star Specs. 5mm H&R spacers were also needed.

Alignment is max'ed as follows on OE suspension:

Front : Left
-1.4 Camber
0.11 Toe

Front : Right
-1.4 Camber
0.13 Toe

Rear : Left
-1.4 Camber
0.10 Toe

Rear : Right
-1.4 Camber
0.12 Toe

Car doesn't feel much different on autocross today. Still need to be on your toes with DSC off and Sport on.

Do you have any pics of your entire car just standing still? I'm considering picking up a set of aggressive fitment Apex's and would like to see how they look on your OE suspension with the car as a whole.

Why do you run with sport on? It seems to make the pedal way too sensitive IMO.

Just trying to get on the throttle early. Besides spraying and dropping pressures between runs, I tend not to adjust much during the day.

I should probably try early runs with Sport off to see what its like. First time I pressed Sport was I think on the 3rd run of our first event with Roffle Waffle riding along - I asked him what "this" button does. Only 4 runs during our last event (part of Al Holbert memorial) so I didn't experiment. In the event before that, I had my son drive with DSC off - he looped it and broke one of the Apex wheels, so I only had 1 run.

Understandable.

I had a real hard time doing throttle modulation with it when I had it on...really touchy.

I've ridden along with kklin and he does fine with throttle modation with the sport on.

I'm sorry, but that's hard to believe.

There is no modulation with sport mode. It's literally stupid. On or OFF. You decide within 2cm of pedal travel.

His results do not indicate that he is doing "fine"....

This thread is VERY old but I'm hoping OP or someone with similar specs can confirm...

265/35/18x9.5 ET30 (including 5mm spacer) does not rub the fender at all in the front with ~-1.4* camber at autocross? That is really surprising. If that's the case I may be doing something similar but in 255/40/17x9.5 ET30 (including spacer) with -2.7* camber.

I'm running 265 on 9.5 wheels total offset of 30 (wheel & spacer)
My camber is 3.2 and I have caster maxed

Max caster makes a big difference with rubbing at the spot where bumper meets fender.

I have zero rubbing with this setup.
