I still haven't installed mine yet. Have it painted Body color to match and everything, sigh.. One day, maybe tomorrow I might get with it. Like the fastener idea!

FINALLY got mine painted and installed. VERY minimal finish sanding required, and I didn't need to use any fill. Apparently, however, black is not black. I'm not very happy with the more of a "gray" color it came out, so I will be removing and re-painting in the next few weeks. But I want to enjoy it for a while :-)

Extremely frustrating trying to take a picture of a black car. Don't know how you all do it - always looks like a black hole to me with no detail. Anyway, best I could do for now...

Looks great, this thing will break and scatter upon impact but will be repairable if you preempt the issue with a bead of construction adhesive applied to the bottom crease before installation; it will hold it together for bondo and paint, just did mine
