RPI exhaust smog question
Any CA guys with the rpi exhaust setup ever had issues passing ca smog? Car is essentially stock except for a tune and the rpi. Thanks for any input!

Cans don't affect smog at all, carry on.

WHS +1. However, try to bring it to a more "mod friendly" shop cause some might give you a hard time (mostly due to the loudness). For the record, i have Super Sprints Race cans with X-pipe ( plus the Afe intake) and the shop didn't care

Yeah I agree with finding a "mod friendly" shop, ask around what your buddies use that have some questionable mods. I just had my car smogged and my exhaust system is blatantly aftermarket and the shop I went to didn't say a word (but then again I've been going to them for years).
I also have the evolve tune and it didn't give any problems at all. |

Thanks guys. Car has the Active tune. The car was smogged before with the tune and stock mufflers and passed fine when I bought it. Sounds like it should be good.
