My understanding is its pistons at a minimum for the engine, clutch upgrade and headers. For the z4 I'm hoping they will require secondary cat delete so they tune without secondaries for maximum power.

I'm hoping they don't keep it ESS only installed because I want to do a full engine balance and build. I suspect they might plan on tuning them on a per car basis though.

For stage 3 pistons are required and depending on the power rods also. You will also need an upgraded clutch. Cats will be optional but we recommend runing a euro spec exhaust system. Stage 3 will only be available for cars that come to us for installation as proper installation and tuning is required on each car.

Pricing has not been set on stage 3 yet. We are hoping to deliver the stage 2 kits around $8k-10k depending on spec.

I really hope you guys budge on that. I really don't want to have to do this custom.

In know a lot has been explained here, just want to clarify,

2. To upgrade to VT2 from VT1, what do you need to do?

Non intercooled is fine, but the tuning will be very conservative to help keep knock down low. Will also be more sensitive to hot/cold days. Hot days will really bring it down.

Could always set up a water/meth system to keep it cool for the hotter days.

Stage 1 is designed to work on a 100% stock car. The kit will come with everything needed. Any additional mods like aftermarket exhaust ect.. can be used but will not be needed. Euro spec headers will help with power if added other then that not much else. We are still looking at late Feb for release.

Lol, when given a time frame, add a week and then multiply x3, pretty much always works out right in the car business.

Sorry guys been super busy with the E9X M3. We have been delayed a bit and are hoping for March release of the stage 1 VT1-445 and VT2-500. We will release the VT1-445 and VT2-500 kits first followed by the VT2-550.
