Garage List
E46M Seats vs E86M Seats in an E86M

I'm curious about how much difference between the front seats for an E46M and those for an E86M. I was thinking about installing a harness bar and using Scroth harnesses with E46M3 seat.

Would this be possible?

Wouldn't an e46 seat also be a lot higher?

I sold my last set of Z4M seats to a guy with a E46... It is totally bolt on. Everything works including heaters and wiring... So I think it will work the other way as well. But you could have problems with the upper part of the M3 seat being a little wide for the Z4...

Very interesting! I was looking at the new Brey Krause one piece floor mounts/ side seat mounts and they are stated for the e46m3 and I wanted to see if they would fit for us.

Thank you!
