To Those Interested in Diecasts?
There is a stock Z4 M Coupe Diecast available in another color than TiAg or Black.

Here are some pics of mine: It is very good quality and detail, however there are two things I noticed that were not authentic to my car. They are the Chrome Antenna and fully Chrome Grilles. Maybe these items were Chrome on Euro Versions of the car? I don't know. Anyways, just thought you guys may like, especially if your as crazy as I am about our cars.

Haha! I noticed the two chrome parts immediately too and started to think about how I would go about painting them. Good looking model! I've been keeping my eye out for an IB one.

Painted model
I was bored over Xmas so I painted a Maisto model to match my Z4 using Jet Black 2 touch up paint from Onlinepartbin and some red paint I happened to have laying around. I should have dusted the paint before taking the picture
 . From a few feet away it looks fine and is a good match for the real thing. Up close, well, it's brush painted....Last edited by Z4Lee; 01-27-2013 at 10:07 AM.. Reason: photo didn't attach |
