About the Car:
I'm the 2nd owner, having purchased the vehicle in Texas in August '08 at 4,700 miles. Spent two more years in Phoenix before moving to Michigan, and it has been my secondary vehicle since it was purchased; only coming out of the garage on weekends and evenings.

Complete vehicle history report available - accounting for every service and related expense since new. All services during my ownership performed at Chapman BMW (Scottsdale, Arizona), Erhard BMW (Birmingham, Michigan), and Steve's European Auto (Waterford, Michigan).
Oil changes performed every 7,500 miles/12 months with samples sent regularly to Blackstone Laboratories for analysis. Most recently I had the camshaft chain tensioner and rear axle shaft seals replaced. Engine-mount bolts replaced preventatively following a service bulletin at 11,800 miles. All four tires replaced at 34,500 miles.

Paint is in good shape with a few small chips (1 on fender, 1 above windshield) and a small chip in the windshield. Wheels are free of curb-rash and has always been hand-washed/detailed using professional products. Interior is free of cuts/scratches, does have minimal wear along driver-seat bolstering. Lower plastic grill is cracked, as is right side plastic kidney grill.

I can take the car to any local BMW dealer or reputable indie service centers for a PPI if you're out of state. Title is in hand, and includes all owners' manuals, two remote key fobs, and one skeleton key. Forum members who know me - crfine88, Detroitlaw, Agent11br, DSrugis will confirm how meticulous I am with my vehicles. This M has been loved and treated well.

Unreal, stupid rare, M with an incredibly detail oriented owner. Adam is a stellar guy and friend, you will not be disappointed in your purchase.

The only person I know that every fall, when winterizing, pulls off each wheel and thoroughly cleans and treats the entire wheel well, all components, the wheel/tire itself, etc. And that is only part of his process. He should be in charge of maintaining the historic M's in Munich, IMHO.
