"The story goes as follows. In 1988 the dealer, located on Royal Windsor Drive and operating under the name Citation Motors, had his license revoked for unknown reasons."

I wonder how drive-able those would be. I'd imagine the fluids would all need replacement. Condensation in the lines and various components could have caused corrosion. Cracked bushings, hoses.

The 5-series in the window is an EXACT match for my first BMW, bought it off one of my high school teachers during my junior year of university. God I loved that car. The 6-series reminds me of watching Moonlighting. Bruce Willis' car in that show was one of the main reasons I watched it.

That site is about 10 miles from my home. I've checked on Google Maps--photos clearly show the white bimmer, and another car in the showroom.

Looks like the site is maintained. All they need is a receptionist.

I have a friend that lost a Volvo dealership he owned for 25 years. He was passionate about providing the best sales and service experiences for owners. They yanked the dealership because he wouldn't buy a new big fancy box to hold it. He still speaks well and professionally about Volvo.

This owner? Must be passionate about his business, as old as it is. Whoever posted got inside somehow. They did not disclose names or details. The posting came from a current dealership on the east side of Toronto.

Thanks for the post; sorry for my duplicate elsewhere here.
