Thinking of getting the coupe

I'm thinking of getting a Z4 coupe. I'm not too sure on the color. I think I like Montego blue or the grey silver. Which colors do you guys have?

As for the options, is the Sport mode worth getting? Here are the stuff I think I want to get:

- M sport seat, electric
- M steering wheel
- Storage package
- Rim Style 203
- Xenon
- Steptronic (can't do with Manual)
- cd changer
- Premium Audio system
- Electronically retractable side mirrors
- Oregon leather

Is the navigation screen useful for other purpose? We can't use navigation here. It's not an iDrive, is it?

I think all the new BMW's are i-drive. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I say go for Montego blue! The Z4 coupe is an impractical, fun and wild little car so might as well get a playful color like montego blue...

Make sure to share some pics with us if you get it.

The individual colors are tempting, especially the Nappa leather Caramel. Yum..... Not to mention the glossy insert on the steering wheel...

You've got a 335 and a Mini. Why do you still need a Z4?? I want the 335 coupe but it's not available here. So I guess I'm resorting to Z4.

that's not even my whole list

I trade often...keeping 2 cars at a time.

I sold my 2006 Mustang GT, and first meant to get a Z4 coupe, but BMW is not willing to lease them (well, they will, but for an insanely low residual which = crazy high payments )

... and tho I loved the Z4 Roadster, 2 convertibles didn't make sense... and I'm so into the MINI community thing I can't yet part ways with all of them <yes, hooked>

I don't like the 2nd gen MINI though

so that's how I ended up with the 335ci... otherwise I would've been on a waiting list to lease an Audi TT quattro I think...

next time, however, I plan to trade in both cars and get 1 really really nice one, either an Audi sportscar or maybe a Cayman S, though Porsche warranties and maintenance annoy me a lot...

or, of course, something with 2 seats and an *M* on it

The Z4 M is offered only as a Manual, something that I will avoid as traffic here is bad bad bad. Besides, it'll set me back around $165K!!! The Z4 3.0si, however, is "only" $109K and comes with Step.

So for the Z4 is not too harsh for a daily driving, eh? I'm currently driving a 325 but I'm getting bored with it. The 6er also looks attractive. I guess in terms of driving dynamics, it goes like Z4 > 3er > 6er, am I right?
