Would official M6 wheels fit on my Z4?

My friend has an M6 and just got some new wheels for it so I told him I would take his old wheels. Would they fit on my z4? I googled but got a lot of info on replica wheels but nothing on genuine wheels fitting.

No, the OEM M6 wheels are the wrong offset.

Is this correct for the front and back:

Offset: 40mm Backspacing: 6.10" Bolt Pattern: 5-120
