▀▄ eas - M3 competition wheel on Z4m Coupe

Here is a test fit of a Z4m Steering wheel on my e46 M3. Everything fits perfect, all the plugs work, no modifications at all, no error lights, just direct bolt on.

and here is my comp wheel on the Z4m coupe:

Wait, so what about the buttons for the e46 m3, It doesn't have cruise control on the z4m. So basically you can have the z4 wheel if you don't want cruise?

Do the audio buttons at least work.

Id love a z4m Wheel in my e46, have to retrofit the paddle shifters somehow though.

All of the buttons on the Z wheel worked fine when I turned on my e46. The volume works, the R/T button works, the track up and down selector worked etc.

To each his own, however the factory Z4M wheel is one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of steering with. Definitely wouldn't mind some alcantara covering like the Comp wheel, might be worth looking into as well.

You can get a new M wheel for that much. And I had a wheel recovered, not by them but somewhere else, turned out absolutely horrible, they even tried 3 times . In the end dude just stopped returning my communications.

M series recovering

this is an example of their work. It looks okay, but I wish I had a few more pictures. I do understand your concern, I am very particular as well and will not be satisfied with a hodge-podge job -- it needs to look spot on. Where can I get a new M wheel for $350?

O-cha, I'm also interested in where you can get an OEM M-Wheel for $350. Sounds pretty cheap, but I'm in for one at that price.
