Parts interchanging between z85 and e46?

Are there any parts that can be used off of an e46 on a e85? i'm thinking struts and springs *may* work but i'm not sure on account of the physical height differences of the two cars. i know the LCA and diffs work. any thoughts?

*edit* i meant e85 in the topic

like 99% under the skin will be exchangeable.
