Best engine mounts?
Is there a particular brand of engine and trans mount that are a good value and better than stock performance, but made for street use?
Something that is marginally more expensive than stock and not 3x as much? |

Vibra technics are the mounts most agree are the best. Stiff with limited nvh. Very streetable while still adding better shifting.
Lots of posts about them. |

They have "road" and "competition" models to choose from. I have the VT road engine mounts and Rogue Engineering trans mounts. Very slight increase in butt massage at idle, but in a good way.

Another advocate for the VTs. Seriously good stuff here. Just look at some of the images of them, it's a no nonsense sort of mount and definitely done right. I bought mine from Green Performance here in the US, they were nice and prompt with service.

Slight Off Topic, Anyone know if these work on non-M Z's Specifically N52 Powered ones?
I am getting a bit of thumping when driving and shifting. I want to go through all mounts and bushings. |
