M steering wheel function parts

Will the non-m plastic parts fit onto the m steering wheel? As in can I order the M wheel and put my multi function and bottom pieces on it?

The more I look at that wheel, the more I want one. I miss the thick padded wheel of my 300 when I drive the z4.......

You can but the bottom spoke piece needs to be modified. There is a thread showing how somewhere.
