Re the end links, I believe they changed that.
They (fronts at least ) ship with adjustable end links now.

I would have to change the adjustables I have now due to the above bar mount on the GCs
I bought my bars years ago but both the front and rear came with adjustable endlinks.

As a side note, i also have GC adjustable end links with the Clubsports.
I think the only issue is the length of the adj. end link.
The link you have now may be too long as it mounts center bar to strut tab.
The GC link mount is on top, so the link will be shorter by at least 3-5 cm.

Not a big issue as links can be had in just about any length.

Edit:
I see that GC does do custom length adj. end links.
You might want to contact them to see if they can adjust your order.
If you give them the length of where your links are set now, they should be able to factor for the reduced length in their design.

When I bought jrz I ordered from gc adjustable endlink but when I installed them, I had to put my end links as shortest as possible...not sure the gc sway bar will require even shorter endlink...which means I would need a custom one

Definitely.

I'm sure your JRZ tabs as similar to my MCS.
my end links are about 8.25" with the bar set close to 90deg.
The GC link required will be considerably shorter.

Got a bit better information from Donavan at GC

" Hi Ian,
The front bar is 1.25" OD and rear is 1.15" OD. The oem bar diameters are 27MM front and 22.5MM. We tailor our swaybar endlink lengths to suit our customers needs and damper brand.
Donovan "

Looks like it .

It's still like pulling teeth to get full disclosure though.

They have 2 front bars.
I asked what was the relative stiffness difference between them as compared to stock.

The reply I got back was.....

" The bars are hollow, so the outside diameter doesn't change with the different sizes that we offer. The inside diameter and wall thickness changes. "

I send and replied to emails 3 times and still all I got is what I posted here.

Leaves me feeling the same way......
I was contemplating changing for the weight savings in the hollow bar & the easy adjustment.

just got the bars in the mail today. woot!!

and started to recondition them straight off..

The end links are actually very short..

They are extended atm at max (or so) length, so making them shorter will be no issue..
