Hi! Just picked up a z4 M Roadster a couple of months ago, but have only had time to sign up and post today. Looking forward to the information available, and am always down for a canyon drive.

Hi all, I have a 2006 BMW Z4 M Roadster that I bought about 5 months ago. Got it with 5,800 miles on it and so far am loving it. The only thing I have done to the car so far is install the official BMW ipod adapter in the glove compartment. Here are some pics.

Just picked up a Z4M Coupe Wednesday night . It has been parked ever since due to vacation. I'm really looking forward to getting back to it. Will post pictures once I'm back home.

Hi everyone, Just moved from bonnie Scotland to N.Y. and picked up my first Z4. I've defected from E46 diesels and loving it , why didn't i swap over earlier (probably U.K. fuel prices lol).
Still trying to figure out these packages you have over here, back home it's just models, i.e. es, se, m-sport and m. If anybody can help, it's a 2003 2.5l, 43K, got sport button, 10 speaker cd player, leather heated memory seats, cruise, auto wipers, auto climate, auto lights (halogen) the rest standard i think. Be thankful of any help Craig. |

Hello! I purchased my first Z4 in June 2009 and I'm loving it! The only thing that "bugs" me is all the brake dust. I'm looking forward to learning some ways to eliminate it here on Zpost, as well as lot of other tinkering tips.
So far I've considered everything from Kleenwheels sheilds (which don't fit) to just getting some new Brembo brakes and custom wheels. |

I'm not sure about the 2003 option packages myself, but the article at this link may help: http://www.automobile.com/2005-bmw-z4.html Have you adapted to driving on the right-hand side of the road yet?

Hi Huzz, The link was a great help thank you. Going by that even though mines a 2003, it seems i have sport & premium packages with a few other goodies thrown in, again many thanks.
Driving on the right hand side of the road was pretty easy. I used to work on/off-shore a couple off places in the world so have done it before, but changing gear with my right hand seems very alien to me, so missed a few gears already. Also being able to overtake on the left or right on 3+ laned highways is something to get used to (back in the U.K. only on the right is permitted) so ALL mirrors getting used . BTW Huzz VERY nice colour of car you have Take care & enjoy Craig |

Hi Craig, I'm new to the Z4 world myself - I've only had my car since October. So, inexperienced as I am with these fine cars, I'm particularly delighted when I can help someone in any way! Thanks for the compliments on my Z! Y'know, it was really hard for me to pick a color! The merlot red ones look amazing, black and silver-grey cars are just classic, and then there is a striking gold-bronze color on some years. And an earlier variation of blue. They're all awesome looking cars and I would have been "over the moon" regardless of the car's color. In fact, I picked the one I have because my wife liked its color. What color is your car? Got pics? By the way, my wife has some family in your neck of the woods. Say hi to Aunt Helen for me! Cheers!!

Hi Huzz,
My car is titanium silver as was both my previous E46's and other cars i've owned. Would post pics, but honestly don't know how to. It's silver with grey top and 17" turbine wheels. I have a spare set of 18" staggered MV11 off my previous m-sport E46, just been refurbished and 1k miles old tyres that i was shipping over with my tools, but carrier made a booboo and i had to leave everything behind. So plan is when i go visiting back to bonnie Scotland will arrange again and should set the car of better than what's on it at present. Anyhoo Huzz, have to go, off to Hawaii tomorrow for two weeks. Get some sun, sea and drink and something else that keeps slipping my mind, oh getting married (hope wife to be doesn't read this lol). Take care mate, Craig P.s. Aunt Helen says " where was the christmas card with the $100 in it?" |

Titanium silver with grey top? Sounds lovely Craig!! Its a very classic and refined color. A fellow who works here at my company has the same color scheme and its quite a head-turner!
Congratulations on the marriage! A honeymoon in Hawaii sounds awesome!!! Your lady should be very happy about that! By the way, my wife may have to head to Scotland (Aberdeen) on business for a week in the coming months, and I may tag along. If you know of good spots to check out, let me know! All the best and I hope the wedding goes smoothly! Huzz P.S. tell Aunt Helen that I'll drop by with it!!!

hello, all, frorm DrStephen in Auburn, GA and Stella, my 2007 Z4 coupe
Just bought a 2007 E86 from Luxury Motors.com in Franklin Park, IL (11Kmiles) and drove her home to Auburn, GA! In the freaking snow. As a Southerner, snow was the absolute last thing I wanted to see, but we made it, albeit a little slower than I hoped.
I gave my 1989 325iS 5spd(E30) to my stepdaughter in Sugarland, TX - I had it shipped to her Today I am having the windows tinted a bit (the sun here in NE Georgia can be brutal) and XMRadio installed. Glad to be here! There are lots of pics of Stella and Booger and the journey from Chicago to here on my flickr page. Steve Jones
