share your rebound compression setting!
Hey,
I know every Coilover is different, and also mods tires etc has a big influence on settings, but just wanted to have an idea where to start from. Also did you have a setting that you thought was good, but when you tried a completely different one, you were like wow? If so, can you share first and second setting? In my e92 I used to have 3/3 rebound and 5/5 compression and was doing 1:59 at Buttonwillow, but after I changed to 5/8 rebound and 5/5 compression I lowered 2 seconds lol... I was happy with my first setting, but then I asked my friend his and I decided to try it out, changed the car a lot.... That was with kw clubsport... Settings are from full stiff... Thank you!

I don't think anyone else will have valid information.
- not many running JRZ - not many with your spring rates. etc.

I agree with Ian.... not many people are running the JRZ's but if you could find a guy that is running them and with your same spring rates you might be able to get a "base line" set up. I say base line from my experience there is just too many things that can influence the rebound/compression settings.
