Oh no!! Not the dreaded oil thread again.

Seach this and other forums (Bimmerfest and Bimmerforums) and you'll find more oil recommendations than you can possibly digest.

I just traded a 3.0 Z4 for an M Roadster (plus some cash of course.) What do you recommend? BTW: The M is a BEAST! I love it!

The only BMW NA APPROVED oil for the S54 engine is:
