Right Wheel Size for Stock Tires
OK, I am going to keep an eye out for deals over the next few weeks for wheels (EC-7s) and am likely just going to put my stock tires on until next summer when I will upgrade. For now, I am going to run the stock conti's...225/45r18s in the front and 255/40r18s in the rear. I am looking at the 18x8.5et35 fronts and 18x10et25s in the back. Am I ok with this wheel sizes for the stock tires? Wondering more about the 18x10s...are they OK or should I go with 9.5et22s instead?
Thanks |

You can run the 255 on the 10". But unless you plan on very wide rear tires (track use) you might want to go with 9.5 rear. You can run a 275 on that size wheel, and there's less chance of rubbing, as well as lighter weight. The ET22 looks aggressive as well in the 9.5 size.
