1/8th mile results 9/21/10
the car
2006 z4m w/ 21000 miles the mods 9lb odyssey battery kw v3 muffler delete rpi scoop/filter zex 75 shot at 950 psi morr vs8 265/30/19 toyo r888 at 15psi my n/a best was 8.48 @ 85mph and this is my result from last night... 1300 da 8.15 @ 90mph 60' 1.957 I'm so glad to be in the 90 mph club!! And I'm pretty sure I have 7's in there w/ a better launch and some faster shifting For comparison... 2008 corvette auto 8.32 @ 84 mph stock 97 supra turbo 500+ whp 7.72 @ 91 mph 2003 lightning intake only 9.0 @ 80 mph 2004 e55 amg 8.4 @ 83mph 2010 r8 v10 manual off of launch control 7.9 @ 90 mph I speculate that my 1/4 mile times would definitely fall between 12.2-12.4 @ 116+mph I think I'm done racing this car in a straight line. And if I continue to persue drag times, I'm going to get a more suitable car, but nonetheless myself and a whole bunch of critics were impressed

Nice. How's the 9lb battery treating you? Charge it every weekend?

LOL. It actaully holds enough charge to start the car for about 2 weeks but the time will have to be reset And when driven daily there are no issues
