TCK DA Koni Adjustment Knobs Won't Fit

Just picked up a new set of TCK DA's for my 3.0si. Install went fine but I noticed the top adjustment knobs won't fit because the strut towers openings come in contact with them. The only way to get them to fit would be to dial out some camber which is something I don't want to do. I managed to make adjustments using needle nose pliers but is there a better solution?

I found this old thread that dealt with the same issue. Any idea where I would find a tool like this? Else I might just cut out the tip of a flat head screwdriver. Apparently Ron Stygar used to make a deal for this very issue but he's no longer selling (or reachable).

Post if you find one please. I use needle nose pliers as well.

Forgot to mention, get http://www.rogueengineering.com/rogue/KONI_ADJ.html. Makes adjusting the rears a no brainer.
