i can't tell with that rear bra on, but it appears the rear bumper is not as protruding out, it's more flush with the overall end of the car compared to the sedan...
i've been looking on and off at the rear of the sedan and wondering for me, why it looks so bad... i realized it was the bumper... previous to this i only felt it was the that the taillights need the clear/white portion to extend through, and the lights top halves were too curved. |

I really like the concept in that first picture, the rear im unsure off, its from the 7 series and seems too austere and non-sport

If that's how the tailiights look like, then I think the sedan's ones look better. It's scary though, because from the disguised photos, it looks like it MIGHT just be it.
EDIT: once the shock wears off I think I'll like it, it's very different. |

I don't want another coupe, it'd have to look waaaaaay better for me to consider it.

I like the tail lights. They remind me of the old CLK430 tail lights but nicer.
http://home.adelphia.net/~hooman/images/CLK%20Rear.jpg Mark, It looks like your sig is on par with the way it might look. Overall, I'm still planning on the coupe. |

sigh, i dont think i like the headlight shape at all...too girly car... the sedan had a more angular, straight forward style. as a matter of fact i like the sedan's slight swirl on the headlight where it meets the hood... the coupe doesn't have that, just 1 curve like a mitsu eclipse.

i think those long, firm tail lights with a gradual bend is a lot better than those econo hatch back car looking squashed tail lights on the sedan. |

The front doesn't worry me. That shot/rendering is from a really strange angle. The only person who is going to see my E92 from the post modern, groud perspective is the guy I just backed over... which I don't do that often anymore.
