Door speaker check/replacement DIY

Hi there Z-gurus,

So the driver's side (left) door speaker hasn't been working for quite a while on my 2003 Z4 2.5i, with premium sound.

I want to replace it myself... and remember seeing a detailed DIY on the driver side door panel removal with pictures, except that I can't find it now. Does someone know/can find the link? I know there's a DIY on bimmerfest by Ron S, but there was one more detailed... or was it on Z4UM... I don't remember
