What would you pay for this Z4M Roadster?
After driving my M, my dad's been looking to move up from his '03 Z4 2.5i.
He's still debating between a Z4M, Z4 3.0si, or a Boxster (all would be used). As much as I love Porsches, I've never been a fan of the Boxster; and with the way the economy is, you almost can't pass up a Z4M at the prices they're going for. He came across this one online, and since it's in Phoenix he has the dealership holding it till Wednesday; giving me a chance to swing by, look it over and decide if it's a good choice or not. 2006 BMW Z4M Roadster Black/Black Nappa/Carbon Leather 18,600 miles Think it's just ZPP and heated seats, and it is a CPO car. $32,750

IMO too much $$$. I got my 10K mile 06 in April for $29K(no CPO though). I saw a CPO dealer car go for 29,500(with 8,900 on the clock) soon afterwards. Now we are 4 mths later with fall coming on. That car should be below 30K. The 07 would be a good buy at $32K or so.

Yeah - the only downside is both cars are in Phoenix. It's just becoming vert weather right now. But I get what you're saying.
Anyone else?

The reality is that you can only compare prices to cars in your metro area. Prices across the country vary widely. Generally between about 28k and 36k.
Being CPOed is a big deal, and is worth more than $1,500. |

Just got mine (2006 MR) in Northern Cal with 20K for 31,000. That includes service and new warranty thru 1.11 as well as CPO after that....seems all are close. I see CPO as a big deal after you get past 50K or 5 yrs.
Also had no hassle on my lease 335 return despite TPMS not working on aftermarket wheels and cracked windshield. i thought it was fair deal: love the Roadster! |

I hope you can't get it for less than 32K....being somewhat selfish about that value of my car :-)
