Non RFT's with tire slime
Does anyone know what happens to the air pressure sensor if you use tire slime. I have non RFTs on the rear and I was just wondering.
thanks |

I've never used tire slime (you're talking about the stuff you put in the tires proactively like I use on my mountain bike?) but I have heard you shouldn't mix runflats with non-runflats.

I keep reading about owners with non runflats carrying a compressor, patch kit and tire slime/fix a flat or what ever it is called. I bought my '05 Z4 this year. It came with nons on the rear and rft's on the front. I have not noticed any adverse handling. The rft's definately have a stiffer sidewall.
