do you happen to know if this will work with a non-m z4?
she's a 2006 3.0i. If they will work, I am willing to pickup or meet locally.

Yes, Springs are made for the stock shocks and will not work if it is not an "M" model.

Why not sell them to Vanne, he obviously wants them, I have dealt with him in the past and he is an A+ guy... box up the stuff and get a shipping quote to Dubai and then see if he wants to pay it. There is no difference on your end for shipping international versus domestic except cost and you will have to fill out a customs form.

Garage List
I just put the H&R springs on my car with a 15mm spring pad in the rear..

Everything I have found so far is positive. These actually softened the ride a bit, taking out the some of the harshness, but also really controls the body roll and brake dive..

The total drop:
Front: 10mm
Rear: 12mm

I am not on the stock dampers. I am currently running Bilstein HD's.
The car gets a new alignment tomorrow due to the spring replacement.
