to answer my own question, according to:

http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum...ferrerid=56200

it's et 42 front, et 30 rear.

Ideal offset for a 19" wheel would be a et39 for a 19/9 and a et27 for a 19/10.

I don't think it matters? I think they are saying if the wheels are:

19x9 front
19x10 rear

Ideal offset et39 front and et27 rear.
