As far as back pressure to the engine ...not sure.. However they do allow you to pass emissions!

I understand mine are restrictive compared to the euro cats, I just don't understand how if they look the same to me

The only aftermarket parts I have for the exhaust are the mufflers, RDSport. I'm starting from the back to the front so my next buy would be the X pipe to remove the resonator ($600~) but I must admit that these cats are very tempting..

Euro cats are more restrictive than the U.S. section 1 cats, unless you count the headers too. The beauty of Euro cats is that they are plug and play with catless headers.

Which is it and how do you know? As posted above they look the same.

Buying Euro cats to along with aftermarket or Euro headers, with everything as they need to be sure does look simple and clean.

Euro cats are 200 cell and your oem us cats are 400( more restrictive)
