Yea... didn't think they existed on our cars huh!

Illuminated door sills people!

It can't just be me over here that doesn't have a door sill... My drivers side broke off and my passengers is all scratched and dented. So I went ahead and did some research and found THIS.

Now, I've already contacted them and they quoted:

20 people - 20% off and free shipping

It'll be good if we get more so we can bargain on the price however. Sucks that Z4's have one of the smallest communities but I still have faith!

You can see they have 3 designs with the choice of 8 different colors.

I believe it comes out to $235 after a group buy of 10 people. I already have 2 people interested, including me.

Hahaha...nice find! My Lexus has these from the factory and they are kinda cool for at first but then i dont even notice them anymore (because i dont drive around with the doors open, just kidding;-)

They have "Z4 ///M" as one of the choices, or you can custom write your own, with a fee of course.

I've been looking for something to replace my dented door sill. I'd be more interested if it looked closer to OEM. Theirs looks quite a bit different. If they could do an ///M logo without the "Z4" (similar to OEM), I'd consider it. It might help to see some pictures of their product installed (not so zoomed in).

Would it be possible to have just the ///M logo and in the correct colors for the slashes? They mostly look like solid colors, but a gel insert over white light shouldnt be too hard.

I will contact them to see if they could create a custom design similar to the OEM style. Much better than "z4 //m" when really the M's aren't even considered a Z4.

Can you get a rendering of the tricolor sill? I'm thinking it should be quad though, light blue, dark blue, red and the M in white

I don't think they'll send a picture of what it looks like, as this is a custom design they're willing to do for us with no charge, but I'll ask. It'll be nice to see what we're buying right lol
