DIY Oil change

For my 2007 Z4 coupe

I can't get to the dealership to get my oil change, so I am going to have someone else do but I have to supply the parts. Help.

Amazon. Search "e46 m3 oil change kit".

There are packages, go with Castrol unless you go to the track.

There are also options under that search you can select.
