I bought mine from Rotiform reaaaallllyyyy cheap, like $50. And they're really popular on the e46 forums (Rotiform that is). You have to call them to order, they don't sell them online. I bought my lug nuts separately on Amazon because I wanted to make sure to pick some that would work at a variety of different stud lenghts.
If you work on the car yourself, studs are worth their weight in gold. Seriously, the first time you take the wheels on and off with them, you'll be like, OMG how did I live without this. The Turner ones are also really popular. The Rotiform ones are bullet-nosed so you can't cross thread them, but the bullet end on the Turner ones is a lot prettier, and the coating looks a bit better. I think the Turner ones are 3-4x the price though. |

I bought 80mm studs, and I can run 20mm spacers easy, I think I can even do 25mm spacers.
I kind of like having them longer than needed. Makes it even easier to swap your wheels, you still have extra sticking out through the spacer to hang your wheel on. |
